Gone Before Start

This Poem, “Gone Before Start,” which I am reciting via Podcast below was triggered by a moment of love, an idea of what if… which we all have had.  Hope you enjoy it.

Lyrics:
The look of love.
The look of lust.
You look right through me.
Your energy throws me off.
I thought I knew me, just lost my thoughts.
This effect you have, it’s like a drug.
Been high before, it was lonely.
Been in love before, one-sided.
Put my heart on the line…
Will do it again.
Darkness is not my fear.
Pain is not my past.
You in my life now,
Be my Queen now.
We were written upon a time.
My heart was never mine.
Behold yourself, it’s time.
